In 2017, Datanet Systems Software SRL was founded, with 100% of the shares held by Datanet Systems SRL. The company’s main activity is developing custom software, within the main areas of application Outsourcing, Managed Services, and Security Operation Center. In 2022, over 60 IT specialists and outsourced personnel are working with Datanet Systems Software.
In June 2019, Skills Unit SRL was founded, having Datanet Systems SRL and Datanet Systems Software SRL as shareholders. The main activity of the company is contracting temporary staff.

In 2021, Datanet Systems SRL acquired 51% of the share capital of the company Red Dot SRL, from Cluj-Napoca, following which the company changed its name to Datanet Systems Cluj SRL, with the main purpose of further developing operations in Transylvania and offering prompter services to customers in this region, on all business lines.
Founded in 2005, Datanet Systems Cluj provides integrated IT&C products, services, and solutions, tailored to customers’ specific business requirements, including design, installation, and maintenance for voice, video, and data infrastructures, such as structured cabling systems, communications networks, audio/video systems, security systems, Smart-Home and smart-building solutions.
