In 2017, Datanet Systems Software SRL was founded, with 100% of the shares held by Datanet Systems SRL. The company’s main activity is developing custom software, within the main areas of application Outsourcing, Managed Services, and Security Operation Center. In 2022, over 60 IT specialists and outsourced personnel are working with Datanet Systems Software.
In June 2019, Skills Unit SRL was founded, having Datanet Systems SRL and Datanet Systems Software SRL as shareholders. The main activity of the company is contracting temporary staff.
