hours<\/strong> in Bucharest, Bacau, Cluj, Timisoara, Craiova, Constanta, Brasov, Oradea, Iasi, Galati and<\/li><li><strong>4 or 8 hours<\/strong> for the rest of the country, depending on traffic conditions and access to the customer\u2019s location.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>availability of software updates<\/strong> during the contract period;<\/li><li><strong>expert-level assistance<\/strong> for fault detection and isolation, ensuring functionality and patches when available, escalation of unsolved problems to the manufacturer;<\/li><li><strong>24 hours service
