Junior Presales Consultant (based in Cluj)
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Sales Support:
- Design and support technical solutions in the consultative sales process
- Present and negotiate the technical aspects of complex solutions with clients
Technical Project Management:
- Develop tailored technical solutions by integrating portfolio and non-standard elements
- Prepare technical documentation (offers, compliance documents, clarifications) for public procurement projects
Product & Service Innovation:
- Lead the design and implementation of new products and services in the company’s portfolio
Client Engagement & Presentations:
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in complex data center and cloud technology projects
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of data center solutions (Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard, servers, Docker, Kubernetes, storage, etc.)
- Experience with public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and/or private cloud (Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack) is a plus
- Solid understanding of hybrid cloud network design
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Data Center, AWS Foundation, Azure AZ-700 are an advantage
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and summarize complex technical information
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working directly with clients
- Advanced English proficiency
