Staffed by a dedicated team of 12 specialists, the Datanet NOC operates 24/7, serving customers both locally and internationally. Built on modern technologies and powered by an AI-driven system developed in-house, the center is designed to minimize downtime and operational risk, ensuring network restoration within four hours or less, and in certain cases, in as little as two hours.
For IP-based infrastructures, Datanet provides a full suite of services tailored to contractual SLAs, including real-time communications monitoring, automated fault detection and remediation, on-site intervention and equipment replacement, as well as advanced software troubleshooting for telecom devices. All services are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that ensure guaranteed response and resolution times.
Through the Soitron Group, Datanet also provides Security Operations Center (SOC) services, operational across Europe since 2018. These services complement NOC capabilities through 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and threat intelligence, protecting a broad portfolio of organizations from sophisticated cyber threats.
In 2023, Soitron Group’s SOC services recorded a 144% year-over-year revenue increase, reaching €768,000, driven by heightened demand from the public sector, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and energy industries. The same year, supported by the European Union, Soitron Group launched SOCulus, a next-generation detection platform that elevates cybersecurity protection to international standards.
By combining Network and Security Operations Center capabilities, Datanet offers clients comprehensive coverage for both availability and cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with key compliance frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, and ISO. These services are tailored for organizations where uninterrupted communications are mission-critical—across industries including finance, retail, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, and transportation—but are available to any enterprise, regardless of size or sector.
