Network Security Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform design, implementation, and maintenance activities for Security/RS/Wireless solutions proposed to customers.
- Prepare technical documentation for the projects under coordination.
- Track and manage issue resolution using ticketing systems within incident management applications.
- Provide support for technical demonstrations for customers.
- Participate in the on-call technical support rotation.
Requirements
- University degree in IT and Telecommunications or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, including at least 3 years in a senior-level position.
- Professional-level certifications from security solution vendors are considered an advantage.
- Experience in complex projects involving security technologies, routing, and switching.
- Experience working with security solutions provided by Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortinet SD-WAN).
- Experience working with security solutions provided by other vendors such as Splunk, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of wireless solutions (solutions provided by Cisco).
- Advanced knowledge of LAN and WAN network design.
