Reporting methods
Individuals wishing to report legal violations that have occurred or may occur within Datanet Systems can utilize the following reporting methods:
- Through the company website at https://datanets.ro/avertizor/, by completing the form.
- Via email at avertizor@datanets.ro.
- By phone at 021 305 30 03.
- By mail to the Datanet Systems headquarters at 18 Sfântul Elefterie Street, Elefterie Building, Ground Floor, Section A, Bucharest, Sector 5 – In attention to the Whistleblower Integrity Department.
- In person at the company’s headquarters.
Registration, analysis,
and resolution of reports
Upon receiving a report, Datanet Systems is required to log the notification and confirm receipt promptly, no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. This confirmation will be provided unless the whistleblower explicitly requests otherwise or if the report is submitted anonymously.
Following the registration of the report, designated personnel will conduct an initial assessment to ensure compliance with the provisions outlined in Articles 2 and 6 of Law no. 361/2022.
If the information in the report suggests a potential legal violation, the designated personnel will initiate a detailed investigation.
Upon completion of the investigation, the company will update the whistleblower—if the report was not submitted anonymously—regarding the status of subsequent actions within a maximum of 3 months from the date of receipt confirmation.
Reports lacking the whistleblower’s name, contact details, or signature will still be reviewed and addressed if they contain indications of legal violations.
Confidentiality Obligation
Datanet Systems, through designated personnel, is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and will not disclose any information that could directly or indirectly identify them, unless explicit consent has been obtained from the whistleblower or disclosure is required by law.
Personal Data Protection
All processing of personal data conducted under this procedure will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law no. 363/2018, and Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
REPORTING FORM
concerning non-compliance with the legal provisions of normative acts in accordance with Law no. 361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest.

[1]According to Article 3, paragraph 1 of Law no. 361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest – “Legal violations refer to actions or inactions that constitute breaches of legal provisions in areas including but not limited to: public procurement; financial services, products, and markets; the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism; product safety and compliance; transportation safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food safety and animal feed; animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; and the security of networks and information systems, as outlined in Annex no. 2. These violations may also affect the financial interests of the European Union, as detailed in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and in relevant EU measures. Furthermore, violations pertaining to the internal market, as specified in Article 26, paragraph (2) of the Treaty, include breaches of EU competition rules and state aid regulations, as well as violations concerning corporate tax regulations or mechanisms aimed at obtaining a tax advantage contrary to the objectives of applicable corporate taxation law. Such breaches may result in disciplinary offenses, administrative violations, or criminal offenses, and contradict the intended purpose of the law.
